About Us

Text Box: Our Facility -“The Space”
The Society’s home is a 4,300 sq ft space consisting of 7 rooms plus a full kitchen and 3 bathrooms, one bathroom equipped with a shower.
Our spacious main dungeon area has large un-crowded play stations and plenty of room for people to observe. The second dungeon also doubles as a meeting and classroom, is fully carpeted and has its own music system. This dungeon area is also perfect for holding educational classes, presentations,
“Group Nights” and formal dinners. We also have two smaller and more intimate play areas as well.
There are two comfortable lounges where people can gather and socialize. We also have a changing room and toy bag storage area for the convenience of our members.
The large fully equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, ice maker, and refrigerator. It is always a gathering place where the coffee, tea, soda and conversation flows freely.
There is ample free parking in our quiet, safe neighborhood.
Text Box: Our History
Our founding member Master Harley had the goal of providing a forum for the Western Massachusetts leather community to gather for support, socialization and the opportunity to learn from one another. Two years later the group expanded to include a meeting in Connecticut. A few years later we opened our first play space at the Project 100 Community Center in Hartford. We quickly outgrew that space and expanded into a larger space in the center.
Three years later it was time to expand again.

Code of Ethics

The Society is a group of like-minded individuals who share an interest in BDSM. The members of the Society are dedicated to pride in ourselves and in others like us throughout the world. We are committed to maintaining our individual integrity and, in all our encounters with people of our community, acting in a way that accents our integrity.

The Society constantly attempts to provide a safe place for all members of the BDSM community to gather, enjoy sociability, find the opportunity to get training, and to practice the arts of our community. At no time will anyone be pressured to go beyond any limit they may set for themselves.

The Society pledges itself to the growth of all members by the free exchange of information through the use of demonstrations and workshops by qualified individuals. It will never endorse one product over another or any store or any merchandise over any other.

The Society has as a sacred task, the increase of our community. Therefore, we will never attack or harm in any way, any other person or group within our community. We will never speak ill of what others may or may not be doing.

The Society will seek only those who are well educated in an art to provide training or demonstrations, or any other sort of learning experiences. If at all possible, training will be interactive and participatory.

The Society will continue to honor everyone's sexual orientation, preference, fetish or kink.

The Society will continue to keep alive the etiquette and traditions we have inherited from those who historically established our community.
